They had the thermostat set at 79° in the play area. It was very hot and musty. We asked if they could turn it down and they said no. The play area was very dirty. It looked it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
Great costumer service could use a good cleaning though
The service here is usually excellent. On my recent visit, I ordered the burger with cheese, and the bun was a bit overcooked. However, even when there's a long line wrapping around the building, you can still expect quick and hot service.
I managed to skip the long lines during my visit by timing it with the lunch break. The service was quick, and our order arrived without any issues.
