フィードバックを提供するWent to the newly built Popeyes located on Us US-80 around 8:40pm. Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Once we ordered our food it came out instantly as if precooked. The order was simple, a 3-pc chicken combo (the only sides they had were red beans rice/fries) w/ a frozen lemonade (said they ran out of that as well so we had to order water) and a Chicken sandwich. Also ran out of Sierra Mist as a side note but as our food came out I realized the top of my sandwich bun was burnt and hard as rock but the bottom bun was soggy as a sponge so I walked back to the drive-thru to get another sandwich. The employee handed me another sandwich and it was the EXACT SAME as the one he had given me prior. Very poor customer service and very poor representation of the food you are selling and it?s not right that people have to pay for service that awful.
There were several of us on line for the drive through just to get to the service window and find out that the opening hour was at 2pm! Why couldn't they place a sign so customers wouldn't waist time.
Ungodly slow, you are better off going to a sit down restaurant where they fly you order in from a distant land, while the chef makes every ingredient from scratch. Seriously sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes without the line moving. Not the first time this has happened either. Then it moves one car space to wait another 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they are trying to cook every order as it's ordered or if they need to hand raise the chickens before they cook them... foods not bad, normal Popeyes as far as that goes.
We were passing through, everyone wanted Popeyes. Waited in line for 40 minutes. Their dining area was closed it was around 6 in the evening. The lady that served was appeared to have something going on with her. Not to speculate she appeared impaired. Although I was driving I ordered the nuggets that were pretty cold. Was disappointed and didn't eat them until I checked into my hotel. Not sure about the lobby but it's about time you open that up.
Poor service. The dining area is closed, so you can't go in and pickup your app order. You still have to wait in the drive thru. The lady said my order wasn't on her screen. I showed her my order on my phone. She handed me a bag. When I asked to make sure it was my order she said she didn't know and huffed off.
