The broccoli cheddar soup today was very very thin.

How do you forget the chicken on a SW Caesar WITH CHICKEN? This happens A LOT at this location.

Staff was friendly and very pleasant. Food was good and fast.

The entire place was extremely dirty. I witnessed a worker empty the floor sweepings into a garbage bin next to the food prep area. The bin was level with the food prep area. The entire kitchen was a mess. I got my money back and didn't even wait for my meal.

Today is the 24th of December. I came in 20 minutes before 5 PM, which is the time they were closing due to the holidays. Well, I ordered the You Pick 2, Bacon Chipotle Flat Bread with a soup and unbeknownst to me, they had already turned off the ovens. Well, Donovan, Naomi (redheaded young lady) and Jayden were so accommodating and turned the oven back on and explained to me that it would take a few extra minutes to get my order done. Well, it wasn’t a few minutes, but I was just so moved at the fact that they didn’t tell me that they couldn’t fulfill my order. If they would have told me that they couldn’t have done it because the oven was already shut down and they were closing in a few, I would have understood. But instead, they accommodated me right before they were closing. That really touched me and I thanked them for that. For some reason I didn’t leave them a tip, but I’m going to call their manager and tell him/her of what wonderful employees they were to me and send them a little something. They looked tired and ready to go, but they still accommodated me. That was impressive to me. Thank you for hiring such great employees!
