Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pooler

This can be a hit or miss. Somedays you will get the right order and other days it will be wrong. The place has yet to be clean since eating at this location.

Absolute worst chipotle around, never have the vinaigrette Ever ! They don’t even on time , had ppl waiting for 30 mins and didn’t even open the doors to just say they didn’t have the food cooked .

Very deceiving experience. Many things not available like white rice, black beans, pastor chicken, guacamole... It was fully staffed but everyone seem completely unhappy. The grill was nasty and the guy cleaning it was doing a poor job. I've eat here before, but probably not again. Very unfortunate.

Quick Service okay. Staff not great. Location was kind of clean. Bathrooms were okay. Our bag of chips was half stale half fresh.

This place has significantly deteriorated over last two months. They will miss some items from your order almost every time. Avoid this location. Horrible management. Went there after one month. Still out of things. Wish they quickly get their act together. Sad to see once great restaurant going down the drain. Update: went back on 3/8. Same story. Missing ingredients and extremely unhygienic place. Weird authorities have not already shut this place down. After 5 months, no change. Still out of fajitas. No managers were changed. Tasha S. Moore (General Manager) will take no action to change hygiene and inventory of this chipotle. Unbelievable how chipotle management is so skill less. Pathetic.
