I'm pissed. I waited in line to get a couple of items before heading home only to not walk out with what I ordered. If your card reader only takes tap or cash because your chip reader is broken, maybe put a sign up and not taped on the reader itself. Not every card has tap capabilities and it is becoming less and less popular to carry cash because a lot of places prefer not to take cash. So I wasted my time for nothing other than a half behind apology. It was also embarrassing as hell because others were right around me and it can appear like I cannot pay for my food. Please fix your system and by the looks of this, I won't be back because that was unfair and ridiculous.
Broken card machine and said they can’t take $100 bill… what a joke
My daughter and I usually stop by Auntie Anne's for a cinnamon sugar pretzel when we visit Tanger Outlets or mall. The pretzels are usually warm, fresh, soft, and delicious. NOT THIS TIME! Not only was the pretzel barley warm, it was rock hard by the time I got home less than 10 minutes away). I'm beyond disappointed. The only plus is this hard pretzels will probably make my 6 year old daughter's bottom teeth come out and save me money on getting them pulled. Thanks!
My husband and i went there last weekend.we ordered a pretzel and lemonaid. when we picked them up the auntie annes' guy who was a white man and tied his hair spoke French to us. he spoke English to others' order. when he spoke French we do not understand what he spoke. we are Asian. we were embrassed but he spoke French continuously to us and while giving ordered food. he spoke French until we got out there. it seems like belittle us, we felt very bad about his attitude. why did he speak French to us? is it racism?! i find out him..below this review. his name is Keagan. why did you speak French to us if you see this review. you knew we did not say anything and feel embrassed.
