My partner and I dine at the Royal Oak at least once a month, and we are always very satisfied with both the food and the service. All the waitstaff are very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious Chinese cuisine.

The food was stunning and full of flavor. The staff were very friendly and managed to maintain a high standard of service, even while being quite busy. This is truly the best Chinese restaurant in Pontypridd! I highly recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the restaurant felt a bit cool.
