Publix Liquors At Nocatee Town Center

Might be one of the worst Publix's around.... made an appointment for a vaccine only to drive all the way there to be told they don't have it ..... why bother calling or texting or emailing me....why not waste my time? ... as always Publix especially this one disappoints

How can the deli counter be so slow when there are 7 people back there (smiling and talking)? It’s pretty obvious they don’t track speed to greet each customer and time to complete each order. Zzzzzzzzz

Clueless employees that don't know where anything is, and typical stuck up nocatee douche bags and soccer moms. It's horrible literally go to any other Publix in the Jacksonville area but avoid this one like the plague.. Man nocatee is such a s* hole thank god I didn't move here!

PUBLIX LIQUOR STORE Actually, this review is specific to the liquor store that is attached to my neighborhood Publix. (See separate post if you 're interested in my thoughts on their outstanding deli. Talk about fantastic customer service! I 'm not much of a liquor drinker , so when I went to get a bottle of bourbon for a gift for a dear friend, I had NO idea what to purchase. I had NO idea that bourbon had so many options, varieties...I was lost. The prices varied incredibly as well. Samir was there to help me out! I explained my price limits and the kind of bourbon drinker my friend was, and he nailed it! He did not rush me and talked me through what I was looking for. Thank you, Samir! Fast forward a month or so and I needed another gift. In I went to find some Port and Limoncello. Samir actually remembered me and the bourbon experience! Both staff members were available to help! I was SO impressed! They 'd actually directed us to next door telling us that Publix had a better selection of Ports, and they told me exactly where to find it right to shelf placement. We did not need to get the Lemoncello THIS time, but we will! I am always, always impressed with great customer service! As for COVID yep masks required and social distancing is strongly encouraged. You have a returning customer! Thank you!
