First Watch - Ponte Vedra Beach

We had a disappointing encounter with the hostess when we arrived on Monday, so we decided to go elsewhere. It's a shame because this used to be our favorite spot for brunch for months. We were regulars. It's not the same anymore.

I have been coming to this restaurant for several years and it has always been good. However, ever since the new manager Kayla started working here, the food has been better than ever. Thank you Kayla! Curtis is also a friendly manager. I always make sure to check the online waitlist, as it is a valuable tool to avoid long waits. I use it every time and it is very convenient.

This restaurant was perfect for a large group brunch! We had a fantastic time thanks to the great planning by Manager Kayla and the excellent service from Michelle. We can't thank them enough.

Best experience at a First Watch - EVER! I usually only leave reviews when I have a negative experience, but I was blown away by the service. We truly felt welcomed from the moment we sat down. Samantha was so helpful and went above and beyond in every way. I usually order the same thing when I am back in Indiana, but her suggestions helped me discover some new favorites! She got us drinks to go before we even asked, just what I needed. The manager, I believe named Glen, also checked on us and made us feel like they really cared. I know they were busy, so the effort they made to give us personal service was so appreciated. You don't always get that at a chain. I look forward to coming to this location on all of my future visits, and will be requesting Samantha as my server!

Food was great as always. First time at this location. We had to wait at least 45 min for our food. Our waitress came over once to apologize for the delay. People came in and ate and left before we even got our food. Thus the bad review. We also had to go to the register in order for someone to print our check.
