Starbucks - Pond

I’ll stop and get coffee every single morning before I start my day. These ladies are the first people I speak to… They are so warm and genuine and fun! They know my name when I walk in the door… Half the time they have my coffee done and made before I’ve even made my order. Shadeland, Catherine, jazz, Alex, mera, and even the manager Saram? I don’t know how to spell her name!! But these ladies make my day special! They really help start the day off right!!! Thank you so much ?Parking: It stays soooo busy here!! They hardly have time to make any real connection

I picked up my pre-ordered oatmilk gingerbread chai latte through the drive through. First sip I knew it wasn't right. I went into the store, after taking 2 of us to just get the door open, to fix my order. I walked to the register and explained something is missing. It tasted like chai and milk with a hint of Cinnamon. She explained that it's probably because the flavor is only in the foam. I have had this at least 5 times and know what it's supposed to taste like. She flippetly said... we are remaking it. The gentleman making it was obviously annoyed. I am now miserable and I'm sure real milk was used instead of oatmilk. It still didn't taste right. I'm extremely lactose intolerant. So disappointed. I know we all have bad days but that is no reason to be rude to your costumers.

This Starbucks refuses to allow people to drink from a straw. I guess they want to save turtles, but how am I supposed to drink a Frappuccino otherwise? The attitude that you get from the workers when you finally make eye contact long enough to politely ask for a straw is crazy, they are really angry that people would like a straw after buying a $7 drink. I love that people want more for the environment, but the cups that come with these drinks have more plastic than the straws we need to drink them from and if you're going to treat people horribly for needing one with the other maybe don't work for the company that makes them in the first place.I wanted to add here that they specifically hide their straws from customers and put it behind the counter so that customers have to ask for one, and when you do ask for one they are not kind at all about it.

We moved here from San Diego and have been to a lot of Starbucks. This one is by far the best I've ever been to. The drinks and food are made consistently which is great but their customer service is THE BEST! They are always incredibly friendly. Thank you!
