Pines Cafe - Pond

Makes the best chef salad, ever. Will miss you guys. Mama and daddy always like get stuff there after church Sundays. Mama always got catfish, and dad got hamburger steak. But sadly ? I loss both last year. But the prices and food was AWESOME , thanks again....

My recent experience at The Pines Cafe left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. I witnessed an incident where a family was treated in a disgraceful manner by the staff, right in front of the entire restaurant. The way the family was ignored and eventually not served was completely unacceptable. The atmosphere of the cafe itself was pleasant enough, with a cozy ambiance and decent decor. However, the professionalism and customer service demonstrated by the staff fell far below expectations. Instead of being greeted warmly and seated promptly, the family in question seemed to be met with indifference and neglect. As a patron observing this unfold, I felt uncomfortable and saddened by the lack of respect shown to customers. In any establishment, especially one in the service industry, every guest should be treated with courtesy and attentiveness. Unfortunately, The Pines Cafe failed to uphold these basic standards during my visit. In conclusion, while the physical aspects of The Pines Cafe may be charming, the appalling treatment I witnessed towards a family tarnished my overall impression. I hope that management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that all guests receive the respect and service they deserve.

Absolutely loved this place... The food was off the chain, the ladies that work there were so awesome. You feel like you're at home and your living room chilling watching TV and eating. I ate the Catfish OMG...

Best place ever! The food, service and atmosphere are amazing!!!

We were very tired from unpacking and it was just down the road from our new place. The waitress was very nice and waited on us immediately. It did not take very long to get our food. The catfish was delicious and more than we could eat. It had two sides. We had the baked potato and okra. It was very tasty. We will be back soon. We also loved the atmosphere and everyone was very friendly!
