Frazier's Sports Grill - Ponca City

The food was delicious and fresh! The waitress had everything prepared for us even before we arrived, despite having a group of more than ten people. She checked on us regularly, and our orders arrived in a timely manner. Everything was clean, and the restrooms were beautiful! Plus, it was reasonably priced.

We had an amazing time here every visit! This place boasts wonderful staff, fantastic drink specials, and some entertaining games. Be sure to take a shot at beating the high score in giant Jenga! (The highest score isn’t displayed, so it’s a mystery!)

My husband ordered a filet cooked medium-rare, but what he received was not a filet at all. I requested a different cut of meat. By that time, my meal had arrived, and I asked for butter for my dry potatoes. After a 10-minute wait, my husband received a new meal, but it was rare instead of medium-rare, so we sent it back and waited again. While we waited for the butter, we noticed four servers chatting amongst themselves, including one who had just dyed her hair and was discussing it with a colleague. No one seemed to be attending to us. Finally, the owner came by, but by then, my meal was cold from the wait for the butter. I expressed my frustration to her, noting that the staff should prioritize serving the guests rather than socializing. At one point, two servers even dusted the lights near our table. I was very disappointed and only managed to take two bites of my cold meal, while my husband had only a few bites of his steak, which was still rare. Eventually, we decided to leave without finishing our food. The owner mentioned she would take care of our bill, but we ended up paying $30 for just a few bites of our meal. She didn't really listen to my concerns and instead defended her restaurant. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place. I will gladly share my experience with friends and advise them to stay away; if they do choose to go, I suggest avoiding the steaks and sticking to burgers, as the service was inadequate.

5 minutes waiting for drinks and menus. 5 minutes to wait the staff to ask if we were ready to start. if we have said no, but we are ready to order our meal. She said she was back. then she cleaned one table, served a two beer at the bar and took another job. I'm tired of waiting and going. there was only one other table and one gentle on the bar. I will not be back and she lost a good tip because we were there to order steaks. it also cost the device two steak dinners. no wonder they were not full for a Friday night!

Not a good experience. Waitress definitely an issue. Poor customer service/satisfaction skills for sure. Waitress Just assumed what we wanted and that's what we got even after questioning her about it. Sad. Probably won't return. Think her cell phone most important thing on her agenda tonight.
