Chinese Express - Ponca City

Used to be my go to spot but not anymore. Since the parents no longer run it, it's not so good. The lemon chicken may have well just been a bowl of lemon sauce there was no chicken there. The mandarin chicken was little poof balls of breading....bro where the chicken at? And why y'all charge me for the duck sauce when I got 12 baby egg rolls and one came with the B dinner, they ain't free with purchase anymore?

Most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever had. Woman was rude, food was a waist of money. Would have been better off buying frozen PF Changs
