Chanos Latin Kitchen - Pompton Lakes

From the best tacos I've ever had. Rock steak taco is a must, breakfast Burrito looked huge, did not try it. Very recommended. Definitely back. They deliver .

This is one of the most coveted spots for lunch in the office. We've only ordered delivery and haven't dined in, but the food has consistently been excellent. Personally, I'm a big fan of nachos, and I usually find that they arrive soggy from other places. However, Chanos delivers perfectly crisp chips that hold up well during the delivery process, and their nacho dish is fantastic. The salads, tacos, burritos, and queso are all excellent as well. The Salsa Sampler is a fun appetizer that lets you try ten different flavors. I ordered from there on Wednesday and I'm still thinking about how delicious it was, which inspired me to write this review. Highly recommended!

The parking situation can be a bit tricky, with only a few spots out front and a cell phone tower right in the middle of the lot on a busy road. Your best bet is to park in the back, where there are plenty of spaces available. The restaurant itself is small, featuring a counter and a few tables for dining. It's clean and operates like a well-oiled machine. I ordered a steak burrito, and it was exceptional—so fresh and full of flavor. The queen (presumably a queen-sized portion or a menu item) was also outstanding. I had a side of chips with their homemade salsa, which was incredible. There's nothing quite like the taste of fresh, homemade food. This place is definitely worth a visit, and the staff is incredibly friendly, providing excellent service. I'll be back soon. I don't understand why anyone would choose Chipotle when there are truly amazing places like this around. The food is incredible! Delivery is always super quick, and everything arrives hot and fresh. I highly recommend the fish tacos and esquites, and I can't get enough of the yucca fries. Do yourself a favor: skip the chains and treat yourself to a genuine, authentic meal!
