フィードバックを提供するI just ordered a pizza from those idiots. The driver went to the wrong house and told them he knocked and no answer. I called the so-called manager without customer service that he could not do anything about it if he wants to cancel my order. He can't be harassed with it now??? to customer service. I'd never order the idiots again. But what do I expect from this company, it's like Wal-Mart without customer service.
I went to pick up my online order. Their were *at least* 8 employees inside. I stood there without being acknowledged for a good 5 minutes, even though I know they saw me; some of their looks were just careless. The simple, decent and common, I will be right with you as I walked in would 've sufficed. But nope. Only until I said, Can someone help me? did one of the guys say, 'will be right with you. ' And still, I waited for another 2 minutes. I have no problem with waiting, but when you 're plainly ignored!? 0 Customer Service and obvious 0 Management.
This is the first time I've had an issue with this restaurant. I've always ordered online without any problems until today. When I placed my order, the wrong address appeared on their screen. After I called to provide the correct address, they still sent the order to the wrong location, which resulted in it being returned. They told me I would have to wait an entire hour before my order could be delivered again. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to details in the future.
It was excellent! I'm really pleased that Shaq is part of this.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. There was a mix-up with the addresses, and instead of resolving the issue when I called, they were dismissive and condescending. A friend of mine called them about the situation, and they responded immediately, only to be met with rude behavior as they laughed about the confusion on the phone. This experience was extremely unprofessional, and I definitely suggest looking for a different place to order from.
