Starbucks - Pomona

Get better management and improve on it. Seriously. They were on my case about not buying anything just to chill in their lobby area daily. Now I feel a lot less inclined to ever spend money at this Starbucks location again because of the bad management here breathing down my throat. It's a nice Starbucks and all. But screw the current workers doing management at this location. For the record, Starbucks has gotten so much money out of me as their customer for so many years on end.

The baristas allow you to pay extra money for substituted coconut milk yet still give you cows milk. You can taste the difference. Starbucks isn't cheap. My sandwich was lukewarm. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe management needs to keep a closer eye on staff or fire everyone start fresh. I've spoke to management about missing items obviously the employees don't care to have returning customers. Coffee bean here I come!

Idk why i keep coming here. It's easy because i can order ahead before i go to work but OMG i swear i have a problem every time i go. The workers are nice enough but 80% of the time i have to go back on my break because they didn't make my drink right or warm up a pastry properly.Starbucks is not cheap. Im willing to pay an extra 50¢ come to work early just to get a drink from the target starbucks instead.
