Starbucks - Pomona

This Starbucks has horrible customer service! I come here a few times a week, I will not come to this location anymore!

My favorite starbies! It has the most comfy chairs and nicest employees. I never get a crappy cup of coffee here they always make even my most complicated orders PERFECTLY

The person at the voice machine told me that once i scan my app the promotion would automatically apply, once at register it did not and i asked and she said it doesn’t apply automatically, so she said couldn’t do anything, poor communication, please don’t say that it would automatically apply when it does not

The customer service is terrible! The staff is rude, and if you decide to go inside for a drink instead of using the drive-thru, be prepared to wait an additional 20 minutes. They are incredibly slow and seem indifferent to their work.

I'll tell you this place has great service and very fast reacting employees too thank you.
