The food preparation was very delicious and affordable.
I've known this place for a long time since I live and work nearby. About 25 years ago, it was much better; they even had live music. Back in the late '80s, they used to show cartoons for the kids, and the food was excellent. Nowadays, most events here are business lunches and occasionally weddings. My wife and mother-in-law attended a business lunch on February 22nd, and they didn't enjoy it. The food was all quite greasy. The place really needs some renovations. Overall, if you're really craving something, you can give it a try, but do so with caution. You won't starve, but don't expect much!
Terrible café, the worst I’ve ever encountered. I held a memorial service there. When I arrived and saw the table, I was left speechless. The table was set up horribly; they brought the herring for us to cut ourselves, and the bones were sticking out in every direction as the knives were obviously blunt. The tomatoes and cucumbers were carelessly piled in one dish; my family does a better job of slicing them at home. Nothing was tasty—the borscht was disgusting, and the mashed potatoes were smeared across the plate and of terrible quality. The only decent thing there was the store-bought sausages from Magnit, even though they claimed they would serve cutlets. There was no presentation or proper service at all! It was just a waste of money. I do not recommend it. It doesn’t get worse than this.
It was just okay. Edible, but the price doesn't match the quality. A bit expensive, and the food wasn't worth craving. Plus, they shorted us on the patties, saying they were reserved for accounting, but we saw them eating them themselves when we were leaving.
