Urbanus-Schenke

It's a bit out of the way and not easy to find, but worth the visit. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is modern and clean, but not without character. Many of the locals go there and there is a great atmosphere. It... is a good selection of wines very cheap. The food is of high quality, with good portions and great value for money.

This is a good choice when you go to or stay in Baden. Family restaurant with smoking and non-smoking part inside and a terrace in front. The atmosphere is good as in a large living room people talking, playing cards, drinking beer... or local wine and enjoy local food. Wiener Snitzel, potato salad, sausage etc. The prices are also very good so you do not have to worry about your budget. Everbody is friendly and helpful. When we were there, it was overcrowded, so maybe you should make a reservation if you go in a larger group.

We went there in a group of 14 people and very soon a place was joined together for all of us. In a little back, so we were able to chat. We only had wine and small snacks, but they were delicious. Price was...appropriate

After visiting the beach swimming pool we settled in the urbanusschenke, not far away. the restaurant garden is very cozy and shaded. every single meal was excellent. the ripperl were super delicate. also the carvings and delicious crispy. also the salads were delicious.

Very nice dining room garden, nice friendly attentive service. very good kitchen performance, table reservation is recommended!
