フィードバックを提供するWe have been waiting to go here for sometime and weren't disappointed. Restaurant has great space inside, big cosy fire and very attentive well trained staff including a sommelier.Little extra touches like an amuse bouche, pre dessert added to the experience. The 3 set course fixed menu would cover most people's taste however for some a little bit picky, might find it a bit restrictive.1st course - compulsory for allWood fired Morpeth cauliflowerMy wife and I both liked this course but found it a bit over smokedOur second courses were Koshihikari and whey risotto, local pinewood mushroom, nasturtium with added truffle option Little Hill Farm Somerlad chicken, jerusalem artichoke, sunflower shoots and seeds with added truffle optionThese were fantastic! Could have eaten large plate of the risottoThird courses wereWood Fired Redgate Farm quail - very tastySteamed Murray Gold cod. We found this disappointing and not to our taste.Dessert Their signature dish is the Muse coconutThis is a knockout dish. Fantastic!Strawberries and cream, shiso sorbet, meringues.This too was great but the other was something special.We've dined at several fine dining restaurants and Muse is certainly up there.
We had a Sunday lunch at muse yesterday and it was truly amazing. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. Great wine list and a good selection by the glass . Is attached to the hungerford hill winery so was able to do a tasting before going in to lunch . A must do in the hunter valley
Had a wonderful fine dining experience at Muse.Coconut desert is a highlight. The presentation of the food and the atmosphere is excellent. The wine list is great as well. Waygu is wonderful as well. Lots of surprises throughout dinner. Only minor but bread top up was only offered to half the table. Other than that small thing , a wonderful dining experience
After a brief kerfuffle with the booking, the ambience of the dining room is warm & intimate. The wait staff are on the ball, drinks menu delicious and the best part for me as a vegetarian, the menu was gob smackingly awesome. Standouts were the silken tofu & cheese dish! Big thumbs up as it was a memorable evening!
シーズンオフの平日にディナーで利用しました。念のため予約して訪問しました。満席にはなってませんでしたが、お客さんはわりと入っていました。予約する際にクレジットカードの情報を求められ、当日キャンセルの場合キャンセル料が発生するので、躊躇しましたが、予約した事により、比較的落ち着ける席に通してもらえました。料理はわりと日本人にはなじみのある食材を多く使っている事もあって、面白いけどどこか安心感があるような美味しい料理でした。そして、デザートのMuse Coconutsはとても面白かったです。ダークチョコレートの器にココナッツムースとバニラソースが入っていて、周りにちりばめられてるのがアイスクリームです。これを崩して4つを混ぜながら食べるのですが、独特の食感が楽しめます。自分はココナッツがちょっと苦手なのですが、これはとても美味しかったです。サービスはわかりやすい英語で、きちんと料理の説明をしてくれました。特に男性のスタッフはワインの相談や、食べ方などのアドバイスをしてくれたりと、親切で良かったです。ハンターバレーに来たら、またここで食事したいです。
