Come here if you want good food, big portions AND you don't want to go broke. Definitely recommend the fish and chips with a horchata. PS sorry about the half eaten food, forgot I was going to take pictures lol
We stopped by for lunch, and the food was excellent. The chicken fajitas were amazing, and the chicken Macho burrito deserves a full five stars!
I ordered chicken tostadas, and they were fantastic. The shells were fresh and crunchy, and the meat and toppings were flavorful. My meal also came with rice and beans, both of which were excellent. Often, restaurant Mexican rice can be dry, but this was moist and fluffy. My husband chose the chicken enchiladas, which he enjoyed. He mentioned they were a bit spicy, but I didn’t find them spicy at all; they had a really nice flavor, and the sauce tasted different from what I’m used to—perhaps it too was homemade? His meal also came with rice and beans. The interior of the restaurant is simple and no-frills, with all tables and two TVs playing Mexican soap operas. It was fairly clean inside, and there was ample parking outside. By the time we left, a large group of school kids had arrived to order, so we were glad we got there when we did. Overall, we had good food and friendly service, definitely making it worth the stop. Our total for both meals was around $34, which is quite reasonable.
I absolutely loved the carnitas super quesadilla; it was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it!
