The fish wasn't cooked at all but it was still amazing! 10/10 recommend!!

This place is the real deal. I always make it a point to try a new sushi joint when traveling, and Sumisu has consistently held it’s place as one of the best. They use the finest ingredients, employ masterful chefs, and produce that authentic blend of flavor, texture, and art that you would expect from a quality sushi restaurant. Pretty good sushi. Our server was great. We got the nigiri chefs choice and it was nice fish. I would avoid the roles with cilantro in them because they put a bunch in it with stems and all. But overall, would go for sure. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
