Wendy's - Plymouth

It's a good Wendy's clean Wendy's. Staff have always been really good.Food: 5/5

It says that they're open I got their at 6ish am drive-thru was closed they weren't ready until about 7:00am I still sat in the Drive-Thru from 7:09 to 7:20 before somebody finally asked what I would like. I don't think this Wendy's needs to be open early I think they should open up at 9:00 am or at least until they have more am employees working instead of two idk I know nothing is going to be done about it

Wondering if this location is still a Wendy’s. I’ve tried going there 3 times in the last month and never left with food. Either their system is always down or this is what we can expect from the new $15/hr worker.

Pretty decent almost food facility. but a lot of things need a refurbishment. reminds me of an 80's fast eating place. her job is okay, but nothing special. the fact that there is no self-service drink station seems to be gone from the date.

Bad travel through the customer service. apparently valid coupons do not work on this location or who works the window does not know how to apply coupons. very slow and inefficient, they almost forget to return my change for the order. communication does not seem great and also have a sign above the order screen let very little look to see what customers ordered and what the sum is.
