Carvel - Pleasantville

The restaurant is spacious with a friendly and attentive staff. They offer a wide variety of flavors and have clearly prioritized health and safety during the pandemic. However, the restaurant can get busy and social distancing measures are no longer being enforced.

This Carvel shop is superior to the one at Chilmark. They offer a wider variety of soft serve options and serve up generous scoops.

The restaurant was bustling with customers, but the lone worker handled the crowd with calm and efficiency. Great job!

Great customer service and Carvel with a large selection of ice cream cakes (from 6in to 10 in at least and many with fun shapes and designs for kids to enjoy), ice cream flavors including 3 sorbets. They also have some items at 50% off or buy one get one free which is quite nice. Prices are very reasonable.

Nice, friendly employees! I'm pleased with the quick and efficient service I received at this location. I gave four stars because I would have liked to see more variety in scoop ice creams otherwise great experience! ????
