Burger King - Pleasantville

Lady taking orders at night is terrible. Must be hard to find workers. She literally didn’t say a single word at the order screen for 5-7 min and as soon as I pull up to see what’s going on she said I had to wait and go back to the end of the line. Every time I try to get food she got an attitude and is rude. Then the kid giving me my food spits and leaves a giant trail of spit running down his face. T what a terrible experience

Just went to Pville today. I will choose this BK, if in the area. I go during the day use the drive thru. I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Today was no exception. Employee was pleasant at the order microphone, followed thru on her pleasantness at the drive up window. This was 10:30am on 3/13/24. Just want to give her credit. Food was great also.

The big sloppy and raunchy Manager who is always at the drive-through window Needs to get fired. She is so rude, I don’t even know how she got a job here.. she needs to go back to kindergarten and learn conversational skills, and then she has to make her way to the beauty supply store and get a new wig bc it’s dry and very dog hair like and get some new Piercings because I could smell them from the drive-through window. Every time I come here she is so bitter and dirty looking . I hope her family members heal from all the negativity She must bring to their lives.

I love Burger King's junior whopper and love their iced lemon tea. Hate the kiosk WITHOUT an option for customer service. The employees are great and are stuck w this system of cutting manpower with the premise its creating more accurate orders. Give me my ordertaker!! HIRE SOMEONE IN NEED OF A JOB.

Nashida was an absolute pleasure. I appreciate her coming to work in such in-climate conditions.
