Mochinut Pleasanton

I had a great experience the past couple of weekends when I decided to give Mochinut another try. The potato hotdog was delightful, and I loved the strawberry flavor with cream. When I went in around dinnertime on the past couple of Sundays, the boy at the front was very helpful and kind. He made my experience much better. He is a great example of how teenagers in customer service should act. I will definitely be returning. I recommend the Biscoff donut for all the dads out there.

We enjoy coming to this restaurant specifically for the mochi donuts, but this time we decided to try the Korean hotdogs. They did not disappoint. The girl who took our order seemed pleasantly surprised because we knew exactly what we wanted and had checked out the menu beforehand. She was very nice, polite, and thorough, repeating our order to ensure it was accurate. The restaurant is located in a food court, making it a convenient place to sit, but it does get quite busy after 11:30 am. It's a charming little stand-up kiosk restaurant that serves made-to-order food, but it is definitely worth the wait. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

First experience with Korean corn dogs. And it was good! We did the 1/2 meat 1/2 cheese filling, and tried a few styles: the standard corn dog, the potato coated, and the crispy ramen coating. They were all good, though I was surprised that the were coated in sugar. Next time, I'd order without the sugar. The Green Grape Ade drink also gets high marks. We also got the raspberry, the caramel, and the churro mochi donuts. All were very sweet and tasty.

What an awesome little shop located inside the Asian food hall across the street from the Outlets. Today we ordered the Hot Cheeto Mozzarella Corn Dog. IT WAS AWESOME! Just a little hint of sweetness to balance the salty of the hot Cheeto dust and the mozzarella cheese. Was super yummy will definitely be coming back. The service was great! The employees are very nice! The food hall itself was very quiet today and plenty of tables were open. Super clean and there was hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. Really nice flavors. Yummy mochinuts..!!
