Golden Tasty - Pleasanton

Since it's close to home, we have often eaten in the various Chinese restaurants that have cycled through this location on the back of the Kroll Strip Mael. Some were terrible (the Chinese buffet-yuck!! and some were wonderful (the Beijing Bistro). The latest iteration of the Golden Tasty Restaurant is winner. They have the typical Chinese restaurant fare, but it is well done. We have eaten there several times since the new owners took over. The food is delicious, and the service is fast and friendly. Always amazed that we are the only ones we are for dinner, but never disappointed what we have eaten. Hope others protect these people, so we can keep a very decent restaurant in the store on this side of P-town.

We have eaten here many times and it is usually not crowded at all. The food is pretty good overall and the staff are very friendly overall. With it not very crowded, you can be sure your food comes out pretty quickly. I sincerely hope they can survive with such a low patronage during key dinner times.

This places lunch special satisfies me on so many ways. Quality of food: 10/10 based on freshness, how it's prepared, overall taste and presentation. Quality of Service: 10/10 they are always attentive and solicitous and timelely. Cost: cost benenefit analysis... Great value for the reasons above. Well priced and economical.

My first time eating here and it was very good. I ordered online and for pick up as they do not deliver. You can pick the time for pick up which I liked. Restaurant is very small and easy to pass by but is also very clean inside and warm feeling.

Food was great and the vibe is a very relaxing and enjoyable one. Service is great with the waitress being very kind and sweet. Not many places you can get that kind of service still. Almost makes you want to move to an asian country....
