East Coast Wings Grill - Pleasanton

We frequent here and the salads and burgers and outlaw dip are amazing. Service is hit and miss but the server Baylea is one of the best. She’s courteous and attentive and keeps an eye on the table. The bar could be a little more diverse but their pina coladas and rum and cokes are where it’s at.

Burger was fresh, was like I was at 5 guys! For the low amount of servers they had there, and the sheer amount of people, we got our food pretty quick.

This is a lovely place with very friendly service and great food!

However, we were a bit disappointed with the service. I noticed that there weren't too many customers for our waitress or the other one, yet it took a while for her to check on us and see if we needed anything. I asked for a to-go box, but I'm not sure if she heard me. I ended up having to find someone else to help me with the bill, as she seemed to disappear with my credit card for a while. Thankfully, she eventually found it in another register. When she returned with my receipt, she mistakenly gave me back the cash I had paid with. We had to wait for our original waitress to come back before everything was settled. We did leave her another tip, though I’m not entirely sure what their issues were. A restaurant with such delicious food should really have better service. I commend the cooks, but the management needs to ensure that staff is attentive. I hope the service improves because the food definitely surpasses that of chain restaurants.
