Subway 18433-0 - Pleasant Hill

Nice, personable young people working there. Sometimes it seems like most teens have no idea that people over a certain age are still people and they don 't know how to act with us. These kids were very natural and friendly! And, of course, the subswere great!

The server seemed disinterested and unengaged during my visit. There was no warm welcome, no friendly greeting, no smile, and no appreciation for my patronage. Additionally, there were some excuses posted for the limited selection of bread, along with unappealing green tomatoes that really shouldn't have been available. I will not be returning to this Subway again!

The staff members who assisted me today (11/30/22 at 1:15 PM) were extremely friendly. The food was fresh, and the place was clean.

I can’t believe I made the mistake of returning to this restaurant after my previous experiences. The service here is by far the worst I've ever encountered in any fast food establishment! I ordered steak and ended up with tuna—what a mix-up! Among all the terrible places to eat in Pleasant Hill, this one really takes the cake! I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of training among the staff and can't fathom how they remain in business. Are they not on the verge of bankruptcy? How can this be happening? It's just so frustrating!

When I ask for oil and vinegar, we don't want soggy bread.
