フィードバックを提供するI received the wrong order and then the staff did nothing to fix the mistake. They used to have great service, but it seems that's no longer the case.
This drive-thru is incredibly slow. If there are more than three cars in line when I arrive, it’s honestly quicker to just drive past and head to the Hueytown location or go to Hardees.
Drive thru cashier was good at taking my order and made sure my order was correct.
Very disappointed in their service .9 16 22.I went through the drive thru.order 15 pc chicken finger meal me a lg.drink. Got home and seen that two chicken fingers were missing ,whole basket of fries was missing. Now how is that going to be split among4 adults was 5 but I opted out to where others could have my share. I just received a notification that my review got a response. Wow, that's a rarity! I've been going through the reviews and I want to give a shout-out to the owner for taking the time to engage. I stand by my 5-star review and encourage anyone who wasn't satisfied with their visit to reach out as suggested. Let them address the issue and give them another chance. I seriously doubt the owner (or anyone else) would take the time to read and respond to these reviews if they weren't genuinely interested in resolving concerns. Jack's is fantastic! It's important for us to point out when staff members aren't taking pride in their work or if they're unqualified. Again, kudos!
