We came here for a nice dinner over a Christmas holiday and were very disappointed. Mediocre service, no wine and 2 meals that failed to impress on any level. Our 2 pasta dishes had (1) a broken white sauce, (2) shrimp with breakfast sausage so strange and (3) the overall texture of a gummy pile of pasta that had been sitting around somewhere in the kitchen for some time. The “bathrooms” we reminiscent of the worst gas station bathrooms I’ve been in the unfortunate position of needing. This place is a hard pass which is sad because we had high hopes for a lovely meal and experience. My guess is the third string was in charge that night. At least I hope that’s the case...

I tried the poached eggs on top of a bed of spinach and fresh french bread with Spanish chorizo. It was incredible and nicely presented. There coffee was very good and service was great !!! They also had great looking dessert case.

When in Rosarito, I highly recommend trying Roble. The food is delicious, the open air seating is delightful and romantic. I have enjoyed visiting here for about 5 years (since they opened their doors), and always had a wonderful experience.
