Taco Bell - Plattsburgh

We order through the app and picked up while driving. That may be, but I kept a star back because we drive from Vermont to Plattsburgh to try the wild strawberry and blue raspberry tropical drinks just to be the machine down. It was disappointing. If we have asked, we cannot get a clear answer why. But the food we ordered was good and they have other drinks for the ordered. Overall it was good, just a disappointment after a long ride.

I often visit, especially during happy hour, and I love the strawberry mud! Unfortunately, they frequently run out of the newly added menu items. However, it's not all bad since they always have the regular menu items available.

The staff here is fantastic—friendly, quick, and dedicated to doing their jobs well. Even though they seem short-staffed, they really make an effort. I just wish they would include the app-exclusive items on the regular menu. Other than that, I absolutely love the food and the atmosphere of the place!

I really enjoy the food, but I've noticed that they charge extra for additional items and don’t include them on the dishes. This has happened to me more than once.
