Went looking for soft serve in Plattsburgh and found Harrigans. Awesome portions with quick and easy friendly service! Definitely will be back!
Harrigan's Heaven. 5 out of 5 stars. Best icecream in the North Country.
Amazing ice cream, summer isn't summer without Harrigan's.
I miss going here in the summer. When I was in high school I talked our BOCES bus driver to stop here on the way back to school.
