Every time I visit the drive-thru, the staff is consistently cheerful and friendly! I've received the best customer service from every Dunkin' I've ever been to.
I use the app to place my order about five minutes in advance, and it’s ready for me about 95% of the time when I arrive. The staff is always friendly, and the coffee is consistently amazing. During the summer, the drive-thru experience was terrible due to the addition of Baskin Robbins, but now that the lobby is open again, that issue has been resolved.
