Honestly the best food ever! Every Haitian food in here taste like old school food I tip them every time!

Purchased 2 Lalo and Dewey plates, got home to eat the food only to find out that it was old and smelled sour Santi). I called to let them know then took the food back and the lady wanted to debate. She had the nerve to tell me that I don't know what fresh Lalo is. She assumed that because I'm American that I don't know what I'm talking about. I informed that may not be Haitian but my husband and his parents are. I told her that any person with common sense could tell the food was old just by the taste and smell. I thought that it was just me at first but my mil, husband and his grandfather all said the same thing. If you're going to open up a business especially a restaurant, you need to have good customer service and the food should be fresh. STOP SELLING PEOPLE OLD FOOD AND RIPPING THEM OFF. That's the last time they will get any of my money. Btw, I also posted my experience on Facebook.

This place scores a high 10 points for excellent, soft and freshly baked Haitian bread. Super high quality pates with a nice balance of meat/fish with flaky puffy pastry. And the soup Joumou is excellent too. After a few other nearby places failed me with hard bread and stiff pates, I’m quite happy with the food I purchased from here. Thank you!

The food was ok they had old black rice and the tried 2 Spruce it up with veggies so no one would know that it was old the fried pork which is a famous dish for Haitian culture was Bland had no taste they had patties believe it or not those were very good but the meat inside was a very small quantity

Great spot for Haitian PatteI enjoy the fish ones from here and the drinks .I can’t speak for the food. The Akasan is so yummy. I like it warm.Akasan (sometimes Aka100) is a popular Haitian beverage made from milk, corn flour, anise stars, vanilla and cinnamon. It is drunk either warm or cold, often as a breakfast beverage. Akasan is known for its rich sweetness and thickness.Customer service is decent with certain staff. I enjoy the one lady she’s always kind and smiling willing to help both Haitian and others who come there.
