This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Cinnabon. I ordered through DoorDash and, although I had never complained about my previous orders, this time was just terrible. The boxes were crumpled and not fully closed, and all the rolls were upside down. I wouldn't have minded if they looked okay and were properly baked, but when I cut into them, they were still gooey inside.

Cinnabon is truly a delight! While their customer service could use some improvement, their cinnamon rolls are incredibly delicious. The classic roll is under $5, making it a perfect treat to share. If you're feeling indulgent, you can opt for a 6-pack for $17. I love the setup here; it’s straightforward, even though they’re not located in the shopping center. You can easily park at the cinema and Cinnabon is just around the corner. The line can get a bit long at times, but it’s definitely worth the wait!

The only man among them came forward briefly to get something but didn’t acknowledge me or the other customers. He then went behind the counter where the three women were busy with other tasks. After about five minutes, one of the women slowly walked to the register without apologizing or offering any greeting, only mumbling a "hello" before asking what I needed. I mentioned I had an online order, and she spoke to the others behind the counter who confirmed it. She gestured for me to step aside, which I ignored. Eventually, another staff member came over, grabbed my order, handed me the bag, and quickly left. I ended up leaving without tipping, and I've decided never to spend another dollar there. This experience serves as a reminder that I definitely don’t need the extra calories!

This place is terrible they had a line that was a mile long they had empty shelves and we're telling us that there were six to eight minute wait times for anything we ordered. There were plenty of workers but the shelves were bare. I don't get it. It seems like a simple enough job make cinnamon rolls and give them to customers make enough to handle your crowd gee whiz!
