Wayback Burgers - Plant City

Wayback Burgers is a burger chain, and this location is in Plant City. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the atmosphere; it felt outdated, and the chairs were quite uncomfortable. The service left much to be desired as well. The cashier was inexperienced and needed assistance from someone else. To make matters worse, the soda machine was out of order. Despite these negatives, the food was surprisingly good. The Cheeesy burger had a great texture, was cooked just right, and the cheese really elevated its flavor. The fries were on the smaller side, but they were still tasty. Overall, while the service was poor, the food made up for it.

I just had my first meal at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The place is clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they are justified by the quality of the food. Everything is fresh and not the usual processed offerings. We tried their signature burger and fry combos, and we were very satisfied. I will definitely be returning!

Great service an atmosphere here, I remember when I came to get the secret menu item. Cause I like food challenges. Even though it's challenge days are gone. The triple triple triple a nine pattie tall meat stack with cheese lettuce tomato pickle onion anketchup an mustard if I remember correctly. Man it was so good, I'd definitely come back to have again. I do recommend thenormal size portions do.

I found the burgers to be lackluster and lacking in flavor. The chicken sandwich was overcooked to the point of being burnt! It’s shocking that they charge $9 for a sandwich and then serve it in such poor condition. I've never encountered a burnt fried chicken sandwich before. On top of that, the fries were undercooked. This was my first visit, and I won’t be coming back. I had high hopes but was completely let down. I reached out to Wayback as they suggested, but they never responded or took my feedback seriously, so now I'm giving them a 1-star rating!

Made fresh meal. They had burgers and salads on menu. Wifi access was strong plus too. Parking lot was clean. Tables had good spaces between for physical distancing for all. Not sure about mobile ordering options.
