Wasabi Japanese Steak House And Sushi

I have a dependency on her chicken roasted rice, so we're here to visit a bit. Hibachi is what you would expect. Not sure who they buy their plum wine, but it's in place. Definitely a jewel in Plant City.

Absolutely five stars! I typically hesitate to give a perfect rating because there's always room for improvement, but not in this case. We've been visiting this restaurant for years, often as couples, and usually sitting at the bar. The bartender is fantastic—truly the best! The food is consistently excellent. This time, we celebrated my daughter's birthday, and it was an incredible experience! The chef was outstanding, and the food was simply fantastic. The staff was also incredibly accommodating, which made it even more special. It's refreshing to receive such professional service, especially considering that many businesses have lost that touch since 2020. Thank you, Wasabi!!!
