フィードバックを提供するThe food was good. But customer service was terrible. No real waiters. Everything is ordered through a QR code and a 20% gratuity is added to the check automatically when there are no waiters/waitresses. After me and my Wife ate they made us get up and leave because someone else was “waiting” on the table. Brought security over and escorted us out when we made reservations just like everyone else. I thought that was very rude and unpleasant. Then as we was leaving there was a man outside waiting on his To-go order talking on the phone the lady came and brought him his food and SHE dropped it and blamed it on him saying “if you wasn’t on your phone your food wouldn’t be on the ground” just rude customer service. But the Catfish was good. Just wouldn’t go back or recommend it to be honest

Had a 2:45 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 3:30. Didn’t get food until over an hr later. Horrible since the “order from the app “ concept has come into place.
I had a wonderful time at the restaurant! The staff was fantastic, and the music was absolutely enjoyable. The fried catfish is definitely a standout – top-notch for sure!
In our party of six, we did not receive our meals at the same time. We ordered an appetizer of gumbo, but it arrived just as we were about to leave, despite informing several staff members that we had ordered it. One person in our group received the wrong meal, and the music was just too loud! I've visited this restaurant multiple times before, but this was by far my worst experience. I will say that the food is delicious, as always, but the service was absolutely terrible!
