I ordered a mango milk tea with boba, but what I received was a grayish drink. I have no idea what it was, but it tasted extremely bitter and watered down. The staff weren't very friendly either. Food rating: 1/5.
This place is connected to Wu Wei Din, where the food is absolutely fantastic and a must-try. Their drinks are reasonably priced, but adding toppings can make a boba drink more expensive compared to the many other boba shops around Plano. On the plus side, the staff is really friendly and prepares your order quickly. I ordered a jasmine green milk tea with boba, with no sugar and no ice. I appreciated that they filled the drink all the way to the top of the cup, as some places tend to skimp on that. The jasmine flavor was incredibly strong, which I loved. It's a great drink to enjoy before, during, or after dining at Wu Wei Din. By the way, I remember back in high school, students would often come here during their lunch breaks to get boba milk tea!
My boyfriend and I followed the signage into Wu Wei Din and went toward the left side, assuming QQ boba was attached. Staff stopped us and rudely questioned what we wanted, despite us being polite. They gestured us to the back register in an annoyed tone, as if it were something obvious we didn’t understand. I had had enough at this point and suggested we leave, which they were somehow annoyed about too!Edit: Seeing other POC’s reviews here makes me think this is racially motivated. If you can’t treat Black and brown customers right that’s a huge red flag. Won’t be back.
Food was great. But service very bad. They are over charged the tips without let me knowFood: 5/5
