I can confidently say that the food took me back home. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent, all while local jams played in the background. I highly recommend trying the POG Juice; it's really good. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to my friends!

Finally, I’ve found a place that serves amazing Hawaiian food! The pulehu chicken was tender with a wonderful grilled flavor, and the katsu chicken was also delicious. Make sure to try the POG drink—it's incredibly refreshing and reminds me of the kagome juice from Japan. I also sampled the kalua pig and tempura shrimp, both of which were excellent choices. The atmosphere is fantastic, and Joanne was such a lovely person to meet. The portions are the small size, but they’re quite generous. The dishes come with extra sauces, but honestly, the food is flavorful enough that I didn’t feel like I really needed them.

This is my second experience with Hawaiian food as an adult. I was born in Hawaii and lived there for about six years, but I was too young to remember much about the food. While the Katsu chicken was a bit lacking in flavor, I really enjoyed the POG Juice Teriyaki sauce that was served on the side. Unfortunately, the mac salad was fairly bland as well. On the plus side, the restaurant has a lovely dining atmosphere and excellent customer service!
