Mcdonald's - Plano

I've been visiting this McDonald's for some time now. The morning staff is excellent, and they provide great customer service. However, the night shift employees, especially the manager, are quite rude and have a bad attitude. At 10:46 PM, I went to get something to eat and found a dead fly in my fries. THIS IS FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT! You need to improve!

To make matters worse, the sandwich had a strange smell and an off taste, which I suspect might have come from the mayonnaise. Yes, I admit I'm not a fan of mustard; I prefer mayonnaise, so feel free to judge me. While the prices are low, I honestly don't believe I would have considered it worth paying for, even at that cost, given the poor quality. It fell drastically short of expectations. I'll give another location a try because this one just isn't managed well.

I ordered a kids' meal, but the bun was hard and the fries were overcooked. I also asked for a medium drink, but received a small instead. I won't be visiting that location again.

If I could give zero stars I would because they definitely don't deserve any stars at all. First off, they don't speak or acknowledge your presence. They get your order wrong and then argue and catch an attitude. They gave me a kids drink for a regular meal. I didn't order any kids meals and then told me that was the only cups they had after already getting 2 big cups for the other meals I had. Worst service ever. It's really not even worth complaining because nothing is going to change with this company, let alone this location here.

Every time I visit this location the service is top notch. Everyone seems to be in a good mood and happy to be working. Always kind and nice! I enjoy coming here.
