Mcdonald's - Plano

I placed my order online. There wasn't any option to customize my burgers. As I pulled into the drive-thru, I tried to pick the drive-thru option. It wasn't available for some reason I don't even understand, so I selected take-out option. Then merely seconds later I asked the drive-thru person to put the cheese for the burgers on the side. She refused to help and said the order was already in the kitchen, so I would have to come inside to make any changes and to collect my order. I had to pull around, get my kids out of the car to go in, and once inside, I had to deal with rude employees again before they redid the burgers with cheese on the side. Terrible customer service all around.

Visited this location Saturday evening and was treated horribly by the night manager pictured here. He refused to take my order at the register, after already ignoring me at the drive thru…. For no reason. But he did service other Spanish speaking customers. I am black and feel his mistreatment of me was racially motivated. My children were confused as to why he wouldn’t take our order and we eventually ended up leaving with no food. As I took his picture and told him I would report him, he threatened to call the police…yes, please call the police so we can ask them why you’re refusing to serve black patrons. I have reported this incident to corporate and am waiting to hear back. The day crew is wonderful at this location but do not visit here in the evenings unless you’re Hispanic or you won’t receive service…

I left. I'm going to the manager. Perla said it. I repitulate the order like 3 times and by the 4 times they understood my order. Is she rude? And in the end she gives my order to another person. Does she have much time on her phone and she was very unhappy? so she gave me no good service... Service: 1/5

Who made the food at 7p on 1/23, knocked it out of the park. Everything was hit, fresh and crispy, even the bacon on my burger! I had to stop sending the hot pommes. The man in the car was so polite. I barely write reviews, but this time. Kudos! Best McDonalds I've had for years!

Children play area indoor with touchscreen games for all ages. Room is in separate dining area with separate bathroom and even some TVs. Great place to hang out in the cold or rain! Child-friendly: indoor children's playground! Separate seating area and bathroom! Parking: Open parking near the door.
