Kfc - Plano

SCAMMER WARNING! I tried to charge myself for things that I did not order and then claimed that a famous bowl of itself cost more than the cobo with fries and drinking, refused to serve me when I questioned the price.

This is my local KFC. I've been here regularly for the last few years. The staff is always great and remembers me. Food is consistently good. Colonel Sanders must be proud.

I just left out in unbelief tonight without ordering how the customer treated me. I won't go into detail here, but this has never happened before and I won't return to this place. To the franchise owners: I know that it is difficult to get good workers today, but compromise with subpar workers (and not training/care them) makes a service to the local community who visit your shop unknowingly

Dear KFC, but the prices have shot too much to return as regularly as I used to. At least the service is friendly and polite and my food is always hot and order is accurate. Food: 3/5

The menu at the store is different than the app. If you want the deal on the app you have to order from the app. The customer service can not ring up the deal on the app.Food: 4/5
