Kfc - Plano

The popcorn chicken had too much breading and not enough chicken. It was hard and dry, with terrible quality.

This restaurant never serves anything fresh. When you enter, there are large piles of food that appear and taste as though they have been left out all day.

This KFC experience was terrible. We waited in line and I ordered a plain, dry chicken sandwich because I don't like mayonnaise. The employee gave me mayo anyway, and I was disappointed. I ate it because I was hungry, but I didn't think people could be so clueless.

Manager was very helpful with getting an uber eats order fixed. Very nice and attentive.

No butter for biscuit. Chicken was awesome. Mashed potatoes tasted great.
