Jack In The Box - Plano

The food is decent, but I've ordered from Jack twice and both times they messed up my order. The first time they forgot my drink, and today they missed my burger. I was in a hurry and didn't notice at the time, but one thing's for sure—I will never eat at Jack again.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this place late at night. The staff at the drive-thru seem indifferent to your order, and their service leaves much to be desired. I live nearby and every time I stop by during those hours, it's always the same girl and two guys on shift. Unfortunately, they come across as quite rude and unprofessional. Honestly, they don't even deserve one star.

I just tried the 50/50 hot and regular popcorn chicken, and it was fantastic—hot and fresh! The ladies at the drive-through were friendly, and my meal was prepared freshly. They also provided me with sauces.

The food was definitely very satisfying when you need to be slapped with sodium. I got the #7 which is called the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, with lettuce, curly fries and churros, the sandwich was very savory and juicy, the curly fries were salty and perfectly seasoned, the churros were nice and warm, it was all very good, the lady who was the cashier at the time, Kristina luckily remembered the churros before I left and I thanked her greatly, since usually people wouldn't remember if something is missing. Great customer service and very tasty food.

The give me my food cold after I asked in a nice way to please give me my fries fresh out the grease. Everytime I go, my food never fresh. I hate going here but it's the closest to where I work.
