Gyu-kaku Plano, Tx

We had made a reservation for 8:30, but when we arrived at 8:45, we were told that we needed to quickly order our food because the kitchen was closing. We were confused as to why they would accept a reservation so close to closing time. When we asked for drinks, they were served in Styrofoam cups. After requesting different glasses, we were initially told they had run out. However, when we expressed our disappointment by stating we weren't at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's, they miraculously found some other glasses. The manager, who was very nice, decided not to charge us for the drinks in the end.

This is our favorite restaurant and the food is always delicious. It's a fun experience and we always request Alex as our server. He is knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly and attentive. You're really missing out if you haven't been here before.

I always have a good time at this restaurant. I just wish they would bring the plates out a little more slowly.

Very good food. Staff was very friends and helpful about any questions we had about our food, as it was only our second time there. Pricing can seem high, but for the amount of food you get and the experience, it is well worth it. Can't wait til our next visit!
