フィードバックを提供するThere were homeless people hanging out in the restaurant. One of them came up to us and asked for money. Awkward! I cannot believe that management allows this solicitation in their place of business. My friend said the manager, a middle-aged woman with a ponytail, was rude to him as he placed his order. I remember when the BK lounge was a fun place to eat. Now it's a pit.What would the King day about this sorry state of affairs?
I ordered on the app at 7:40 while I was in the parking lot. We pulled into the drove thru and was cut off when we tried to give our mobile order numbers and told to just pull up to the window. When we got to the window, they told us to wait out front. A worker came out and asked us our mobile numbers again and went back in to make them. We didn't get our food (only 3 whoppers with no sides or drinks) until 8:22. Over 40 minutes for 3 whoppers. Burger King needs to staff better.
Went through the drive thru. Got our oder, fries was a little cold and soggy. Once home was able to warm them up and eat them. Everything else was fine.
It's second time today where they made mistakes for order I placed. They were missing two french fries when I ordered two whopper Jr. with two small french fries... How could this be possible? AND They got all the money for it. Both times when they made mistakes I didn't go and ask for replacements since it's such a hassle, but these incidents make me doesn't want to go back for a while and go to In&out instead.
Fries were good hot. Burger was great. Drive thru employee was very nice got everything right.
