Panera Bread - Plainville

--- I'm pleased to say that this Panera has made significant improvements to their breakfast sandwiches. Over the last few visits, I've enjoyed perfectly made sandwiches, even with just a simple egg. The staff is great, even though I can sense they’re under pressure. In my earlier visits, I felt that the quality was steadily declining, which seems to be a trend across all Panera locations. I had encountered multiple issues with my breakfast sandwich, including missing bacon and poorly cooked eggs, which led to my frustration. I always order the same sandwich, but it was a letdown too many times. However, I'm happy to report that these recent experiences have turned around. It's refreshing to see improvements and I look forward to my next visit! --- Let me know if you need any further adjustments!

My cousin and I stopped by for lunch, and we were really impressed! Bryan, who I believe is the manager at the Plainville location, prepared our meals and was incredibly helpful in suggesting options. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and had a wonderfully positive attitude. I felt it was important to leave this review to acknowledge his great efforts!

Panera Bread in Plainville is fantastic. The staff are always cheerful, which makes a big difference. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, and it was delicious!
