Game 7 Sports Grill - Plainville

I'm really enjoying this place! It's the friendliest bar I've ever been to, with fantastic beer on tap and delicious food. I came in to watch a game, and they made me feel like part of the family. I had the sliders, which were excellent, along with some onion rings. One of the other patrons suggested I could get a speaker for the game, and the bartender brought it right over. This place has a welcoming atmosphere, with both the staff and customers being incredibly friendly. I'm visiting from out of town, but I wish I could come here every week to catch the game! Go Blue and Go Game 7! (Be sure to ask about their frequent customer program!)

The food was good, and there was a fantastic deal on wings, as well as some delicious mac and cheese. However, the beer tasted off and the lines/tap needed a thorough cleaning. Our main issues were related to the staff and the overall experience. The service was lacking, and there were some details missed, such as being served rotten celery with the wings. We had clearly stated that our order was for takeout, yet we received plated food instead. When we pointed out that we needed it to go, we were only offered takeout containers. The waitress kept checking on us but often ran off without providing any answers.

I finally visited this restaurant, but I probably won’t return. The bartenders were great, which was definitely a plus. However, the bar’s unusual layout made it difficult to get my food if you’re seated in the wrong spot. The beer selection was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, they do have Keno. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I wanted pizza, but it didn’t look appealing, so I panicked and opted for the Parm instead. It wasn’t good. The place was crowded, and I’ve seen positive reviews, so I’ll just assume this was an off day for their Chicken Parmesan.

8/7/2018 Place is great. Asia, the bartender was awesome. Had the wings which were plump and thoroughly cooked. Blue cheese dressing tasted homemade. Asia recommended the Greek salad. I'm Greek and this was one of the best with a nice fresh mixture of vegetables, feta etc. nice dressing. Drank a few Yeungling Golds which I had never even seen before. Good beer. Clean, TV's everywhere, Red Sox were on. So...if good food, an attractive in every way bartender, cold beer and Red Sox might interest you, try Game 7.

If you are looking to play keno, have a cold beer, and enjoy some FANTASTIC food... This is your local joint. The food always seems to impress! I have not had a bad thing off the menu. The staff is top notch all super friendly and fast! Love this little place in my neck of the woods, will be back several times!!
