フィードバックを提供するIt's the next McDonalds, but probably the worst. Eating tends to half the time and the staff is ignorant. I used the app to place an order and they had no syrup for pancakes, so I asked for a refund. You said to do it only through the app and it is not possible. So they took the pancakes back and I lost it. Terrible customer service. Two thumbs down.
This place gets the order wrong pretty often. In my mobile order, was supposed to get 10 promotional nuggets which was completely missing. Ordered 3 large fries and each one was literally half full. Ordered filet o fish and it was missing tartar sauce and cheese. One time the soda was forgotten completely. They bank of customers not double checking their orders, especially during Covid when customers are trying to get out the door as soon as possible so they can short change you.
Been going here since they first opened. past few years there have always been problems with orders. mobile orders are consistently incorrect and staff always denies mobile app deals even when it shows the location is participating in the deals. workers seem to always have an attitude. I really enjoy the food at McDonald's but this location lost my business.
The manager on shift this afternoon is very rude and disrespectful to both costumers and employees. She has a very bad habit of speaking to people any kind of way. I?m not sure if she has an issue with the hospital staff but a lot of us have experienced the nasty attitude she gives when serving us. FYI we do not travel with germs, we do our best to take proper precautions at all times! This really needs to be addressed.
Seems many Spanish people work here, I was happy because they seemed happy. Good service clean place. Parking lot and bathroom available.
